Madia has been on the cutting edge of Yoga & Wellness in Chattanooga for decades. She opened “Madia’s”, the first Yoga & Massage Studio in Chattanooga’s Southside in 2000 and has been dedicated to honoring and sharing this path ever since~

Program Lead Trainer, Madia, draws from over 20 years of teaching experience (E-RYT 500). She is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Presence-based Coach, Graduate of Hakomi Mindfulness Experiential Therapy Training and a B.S. in Psychology.
Our program is about Self-Awareness as a path to becoming a Yoga Teacher. Emphasis on Yoga philosophy, living your practice and how to teach and embody the principles of Yoga – bringing mind, body and spirit into alignment.
Find Your Expression: We give you the space and opportunity to find your own teaching style.
Yoga Alliance accredited training school since 2013
No more than 15 students in a training to allow time for teacher trainer/student relationship (support)
This training is in an experiential training that supports self-observation as a tool to learn what increases our suffering and what lessens it.
The exploration of Relationships and Communication will be keys to building a strong foundation in Yoga
